About WIA Journal
WIA Journal is a free, peer-reviewed academic journal published by WIA (World Certification Industry Association). Researchers can submit in any language, and the whole process runs on this site.
What WIA Journal is
WIA Journal (wiajournal.com) is an online journal for researchers in any field. Authors create an account, submit their manuscript through a step-by-step form, and follow its progress from their own dashboard. Editors read each submission, invite reviewers, and record a decision. Papers that are accepted are listed publicly on the site.
The journal is young. Its editorial board and reviewer pool are being formed, and the list of published papers is just starting. We would rather tell you that plainly than describe something we have not built yet.
Our mission
We want good research to have a fair path to publication, whatever the author's budget or first language.
Free for authors
There is no charge to submit or publish. The site has no payment system at all.
Any language
Manuscripts may be written in any language. The submission form asks which language you are using, so editors can plan the review accordingly.
Human peer review
Decisions are made by editors, informed by reviewers who know the field. See our editorial principles.
Connected to analysis
An analysis made on WIAsis, a statistics platform in the same family, can be sent to WIA Journal to start a submission. See integration.
How it works, in short
- Create an accountSign up at /auth/ with your name, email and a password (affiliation and ORCID are optional), then confirm your email address from the link we send you.
- Submit your manuscriptUse the 6-step form at /submit/: language, title, research category, abstract, keywords, author details, optional suggested reviewers, and a short declaration checklist.
- Follow its statusYour paper appears in My papers with the status "submitted".
- Editorial reviewAn editor reviews the submission, may assign reviewers, and records a decision: accept, revision required, or reject.
- PublicationAccepted papers are listed under Papers.

WIA Journal is published by WIA (World Certification Industry Association). Yeon Sam-heum, Ph.D. serves as Editor-in-Chief; Publisher, CEO and President.
